Burmese Stream Player ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Burmese Stream Player mobile application (the "App"). The App is a video player designed to play compatible M3U8/HLS online streams and locally selected MP4 video files on your device.

Burmese Stream Player does not require you to create an account and does not directly collect, store, or transmit your personal information such as your name, address, or phone number.

We do not collect, upload, or index your personal video files. Any MP4 video file played in the App is selected entirely by you and accessed locally on your device.

However, the App and third-party advertising services used within the App may process certain technical and advertising-related information, including:

- Device information such as device model, operating system, and app version.
- IP address.
- Advertising identifier (e.g., Google Advertising ID).
- Approximate location derived from IP address, where applicable.
- App usage and interaction information.
- Crash and diagnostic information.
- Information related to advertisements displayed in the App.

2. Video and Streaming Content

Burmese Stream Player functions solely as a media player tool. 

- Local MP4 Files: The App only accesses and plays local MP4 video files that you explicitly choose to select and open. We do not collect, store, or share your local video files.
- Online Streams (M3U8/HLS): The App allows users to play stream URLs provided by the user. Video stream requests connect directly to third-party streaming servers, which may log technical information such as your device's IP address to deliver the stream.

We do not claim ownership of third-party video content or streaming URLs that users access through the App. Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the appropriate rights or permission to access and play any content.

3. Advertising Services

Burmese Stream Player uses third-party advertising services to support the App and keep it free for users.

Google AdMob / Google Ads
The App uses Google AdMob (Google LLC) to display advertisements. Google AdMob and its partners may collect and process device identifiers, IP addresses, location data, and app interaction data to serve personalized or non-personalized advertisements, measure ad performance, and prevent fraud.

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. These include:

- Google Play Services
- Google AdMob / Google Ads
- Other services required for advertising, analytics, crash reporting, or App functionality, if enabled in future versions.

Third-party providers may collect and process information according to their own privacy policies.

5. Personalized Advertising

Depending on your location, applicable laws, and your device or consent settings, advertisements displayed in the App may be personalized or non-personalized.

You can manage your personalized advertising preferences or reset your Advertising ID directly through your Android device settings (Settings > Google > Ads).

The App may request permissions that are necessary for its core features, such as:

- Internet Access: Required to stream M3U8/HLS content and load advertisements.
- Network Access: Required to connect to streaming servers and online services.
- Storage / Media Access: Required solely to allow you to select and play locally stored MP4 video files on your device.

The App does not request permissions that are unnecessary for its functionality.

7. Children's Privacy

Burmese Stream Player does not knowingly collect personal information from children under applicable age limits in violation of relevant laws.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action to remove such information.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information under our control. However, please note that no internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

9. Data Retention

We do not maintain a user account database or store any media files.

Third-party advertising and analytics services, including Google, retain collected data according to their respective privacy policies and retention standards.
