# Contributors **[README](../README.md)** > **Contributors** · [Report an issue](../../../issues/new) This project is currently solo-maintained, but it is not solo-built. The community has moved it forward with code, hardware, testing, and funds. Code means new firmware variants and fixes. Hardware and funds matter because we only ship after running it on the actual device, so a sponsored or donated unit turns a roadmap item into something that can be built and tested. This is not a list of everyone who has supported the project. It records specific contributions: code that ships, a specific unit funded or donated for a variant, and the testing behind it. General support through [Buy Me a Coffee](https://buymeacoffee.com/automatous.io) keeps the project going, even if it is not listed here individually. If your contribution fits that bar and I missed it, open an issue and I will add it. --- | Contributor | Contribution | |---|---| | [TomasMcGuinness](https://github.com/tomasmcguinness) | Contributed the Shelly 1 Gen4 Light Switch variant. | | [DaveR2408](https://github.com/DaveR2408) | Funded a Shelly 2PM Gen4 unit. | | ElkanRoelen | Funded #2 Shelly 1 Mini Gen4 unit. | | [71z0](https://github.com/71z0) | Funded a Shelly 1PM Gen4 unit. | | Shelly USA | 2x each of Shelly 1, 1 Mini, 1PM, 1PM Mini, 2PM, Dimmer. | | [queesamor](https://github.com/queesamor) | Funded a Flood Gen4 unit. | --- ## Related documentation - [README](../README.md) — project overview and quick start - [Why Matter over Thread](WHY.md) — the rationale for Matter over Thread - [Flashing Guide](FLASHING.md) — wiring, backing up stock firmware, and flashing - [Reversibility](REVERSIBILITY.md) — warranty, factory keys, and how reversible flashing is - [Commissioning](COMMISSIONING.md) — pairing the device and reading the status LED - [Updating](UPDATING.md) — keeping a device current after flashing - [Power Consumption](POWER.md) — measured draw and the Thread Router design choice - [Building from Source](BUILDING.md) — compiling the firmware yourself - [GPIO Map](GPIO.md) — ESP-Shelly-C68F pin assignments for Gen4 devices - [Certification](CERTIFICATION.md) — uncertified status and test credentials - [Roadmap](ROADMAP.md) — current known limitations and planned work - [Contributing](CONTRIBUTING.md) — reporting bugs and the firmware filename convention
