Claude Fable 5 / Fable 5.1 and Claude Mythos 5 / Mythos 5.1 — and any later Fable or Mythos release — are deliberately NOT pool candidates (Status `restricted` in pricing-cache.md). Fable 5 and 5.1 are Covered Models that require the account-level aws_review data-retention opt-in (prompts retained up to 30 days for AWS review) — a compliance decision, not a default recommendation; Fable 5.1 (GA 2026-09-01) is additionally CRIS-only in commercial regions.
