We do not collect, harvest, track, or share any user information or personal data through this App. The App functions strictly as a secure interface to bridge your device with our web-based portals (harvestschools.com and admin.harvestschools.com).

2. Local Storage & Biometric Authentication

To provide an enhanced user experience, the App allows users (such as administrators) to log in using biometric authentication (e.g., Touch ID, Face ID, or Android Fingerprint).

Your actual biometric data is handled entirely by your device’s operating system and is never accessed, processed, or stored by the App or our servers.

Your login credentials (username and password) are stored locally on your device utilizing secure system keychain systems via native api. They are never exposed to third parties.

3. Server Authentication and Session Data

When you log in through the App:

Your username and password are encrypted and transmitted directly to our authentication server for the sole purpose of validating your identity.

Our server does not retain your password or username post-authentication. * Upon successful validation, the server generates and stores only a temporary, unique UUID session token to keep you logged into your current session.

4. Data Security

The security of your data is critical to us. All data transmissions between the App and our servers (harvestschools.com and admin.harvestschools.com) are strictly enforced and encrypted over HTTPS (Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure) connections to prevent interception.

5. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your data to outside parties. Because the App collects no data, there is no user information available to share with third-party analytical tools, advertisers, or networks.
