# Privacy Policy for Bing Bong

This Privacy Policy describes how the "Bing Bong" mobile application ("the App", "we", "our") handles information when you use it. By installing or using the App, you agree to the practices described below.

## 1. Who we are

Bing Bong is an independent, non-commercial mobile application developed by Gabriel Azevedo. The App is a "Magic 8-Ball" style entertainment app that plays pre-recorded voice lines of the character "Bing Bong" when the user taps the screen.

## 2. Information we collect

**We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data or user information.**

Specifically, the App does **not** collect:

- Names, emails, phone numbers, or any contact information
- Account credentials or authentication data
- Device identifiers (IMEI, Advertising ID, Android ID, MAC address)
- Location data (GPS, Wi-Fi, or network-based)
- Photos, contacts, calendar, microphone, or camera data
- Usage statistics, analytics, or telemetry
- Crash reports or diagnostic data
- Any other personal or sensitive information

The App runs entirely on your device. All audio files (voice lines) are bundled with the App and played locally. No data ever leaves your device as a result of using the App.

## 3. Internet access and network activity

The release version of the App **does not request the `INTERNET` permission** and cannot access the network. The App:

- Does not connect to any server
- Does not send or receive data over the internet
- Does not load remote content
- Does not use any analytics, tracking, or advertising SDK

Cleartext (unencrypted HTTP) traffic is explicitly disabled at the application level.

## 4. Permissions

The App does not request any runtime or dangerous permissions from the Android operating system. It only uses standard system capabilities (audio playback and screen display) that do not require user consent under Android's permission model.

## 5. Advertising

The App **does not contain ads**. There are no banner ads, interstitial ads, rewarded ads, native ads, or any third-party ad SDKs integrated into the App.

## 6. In-app purchases

The App does not offer any in-app purchases, subscriptions, or paid content. It is fully free and contains all its content (voice lines) bundled locally.

## 7. Third-party services

The App does not integrate with any third-party services that collect user data. It does not use Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, Facebook SDK, or any similar service.

The App may use `url_launcher` to open standard HTTPS web links in the user's default browser if the user taps a link. In that case, the destination browser and website operate under their own privacy policies, which are outside our control.

## 8. Children's privacy

The App is suitable for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in the user's jurisdiction). Because the App does not collect any data at all, it complies with the United States Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR-K), and Google Play's Families Policy regarding data collection from children.

## 9. Data security

Since no personal data is collected, stored, or transmitted, there is no user data at risk of loss, misuse, or unauthorized access through the App. Android system backups (`adb backup`, auto-backup, device transfer) of the App's data are explicitly disabled.

## 10. Your rights

Because we do not collect any personal data, there is no personal data for us to access, correct, export, or delete. If you wish to remove the App and any local settings it may have written to your device, you can uninstall it through the standard Android application manager.

## 11. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document and publish the revised version at the same public URL. Continued use of the App after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. Material changes will be reflected in the App's Google Play listing.

## 12. Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The App aims to comply with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Lei nº 13.709/2018), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and Google Play Developer Program Policies.
