Takeaway Picker is designed to help families decide what to eat.
We take your privacy seriously.

Takeaway Picker does not:

	•	track you across apps or websites,
	•	create user accounts,
	•	store or share information on servers we control.

All data stays on your device unless you choose to share it.

Stored on your device
The app stores:
	•	your list of takeaway choices
	•	your reminder settings

This information is saved locally on your phone using Apple’s storage systems (UserDefaults).
It is never sent to us or to third parties.

3. Sharing and Messages

If you use the Check with Everyone feature, the app prepares a message for you to send via Messages, WhatsApp, email or similar.
	•	You choose who you send it to
	•	We never see those messages
	•	No information is transmitted by us

4. Notifications

If you enable takeaway reminders, the app will:
	•	request permission to send notifications
	•	schedule reminders locally on your device

The app does not collect notification history or send notification data anywhere.

5. Third Parties

The app does not use:
	•	analytics,
	•	advertising networks,
	•	tracking technologies,
	•	third-party SDKs.

Links in the Help & Settings page may open:
	•	Email (so you can send us feedback),
	•	Web pages (for privacy, support or review),
	•	The App Store.

Those services may have their own privacy policies.

6. Children’s Privacy

The app may be used by children with parents or guardians.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may occasionally update this policy if features change.
Any updates will be reflected within the app.
