This license governs the use of the baselines.io Free Tier Starter Kit (the “Product”).

1. Grant of Permission

You are granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

- Use, modify, and integrate the Product into personal, commercial, client, or internal projects.
- Distribute applications or services that include the Product, in whole or in part, to end users.

2. Conditions

You must:

- Include a copy of this license in any distribution of the Product or its modified versions.
- Attribute baselines.io in documentation, NOTICE files, or similar materials (UI attribution is not required).

3. Restrictions

You may not:

- Sell, sublicense, or redistribute the Product (original or modified) as a standalone product, starter kit, boilerplate, SDK, framework, or code generation tool.
- Use the Product to create or offer a competing mobile development platform, starter kit, or reusable project foundation intended for third-party reuse.
- Remove or falsify copyright notices or attribution.

These restrictions do not limit:
- Use within proprietary or client applications
- Internal tooling or infrastructure
- Open-sourcing applications built on top of the Product
