- **Profile Information**: Handicap, preferred name, and any other details you choose to add to your profile.
- **Tournament Data**: Scores, results, player lists, and statistics from tournaments you create or participate in.
- **Usage Data**: Technical information such as device type and app version (collected automatically via Firebase).

### 2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:
- Provide and improve the Golf on Mondays service
- Enable tournament creation, live scoring, and results tracking
- Calculate handicaps and Stableford points
- Display leaderboards and statistics
- Authenticate your account and maintain your data across devices

### 3. Data Sharing

We do **not** sell your personal data.  
We only share data as necessary with:
- Firebase (Google) – for authentication and cloud database storage
- Apple – when you use Apple Sign-In

### 4. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored securely in Firebase Firestore. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

### 5. Your Rights

You can:
- Request a copy of your personal data
- Request deletion of your account and all associated data
- Update or correct your information at any time

To delete your account, go to **Profile → Delete Account** inside the app.

### 6. Children’s Privacy

Our app is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
