Simply upload the contents of the "Upload" folder to the root of your MyBB installation.

Then, activate NewPoints from the Administrator Panel and chmod the backups directory (admin/backups/backupnewpoints).

If you want to activate weekly backups, just enable the "Backup NewPoints" task.

Upgrading from 1.9.5/1.9.6/1.9.7/1.9.8/1.9.9/2.0/2.1 to 2.1.1

Upload the contents of the "Upload" folder to the root of your MyBB installation, overwritting the old files. Deactivate and activate NewPoints back.
