This license applies to Minecraft Java Edition mods, data packs, resource files, documentation, source code, binaries, archives, images, audio, text, and other materials in this repository or distributed by bearaujus unless a file or third-party component states a different license. This is a proprietary license. It is not an open-source license. 1. Definitions "Addon" means any mod, data pack, resource pack, file, archive, source file, binary, asset, documentation, or related material distributed under this license. "Owner" means bearaujus. "Authorized Source" means a distribution page, account, service, or direct file link controlled by bearaujus or explicitly approved by bearaujus in writing. Authorized Sources may include the official Modrinth project page for an Addon. "User" means a person or organization that downloads, installs, runs, or otherwise uses an Addon. "Minecraft" means Minecraft Java Edition and related software, services, names, brands, and assets owned by Mojang AB, Microsoft Corporation, or their affiliates. 2. License Grant Subject to this license, the Owner grants each User a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to: a. download the Addon from an Authorized Source; b. install and run the Addon with a legitimate copy of Minecraft Java Edition; c. use the Addon in singleplayer worlds, multiplayer servers, and development or testing environments; d. make private backup copies for personal or internal operational use; e. record, stream, screenshot, review, or discuss gameplay that uses the Addon; f. include the Addon in a launcher profile, server setup, or Modrinth modpack only by referencing or downloading the Addon from an Authorized Source. No ownership rights are transferred to the User. 3. Authorized Platform Distribution The Owner may upload the Addon to Modrinth or another Authorized Source. When the Owner does so, the Owner permits that Authorized Source to host, copy, cache, display, scan, process, and distribute the Addon as needed to operate the service, subject to that service's applicable terms. Users and third parties may not treat this platform permission as permission to mirror, reupload, fork, sublicense, resell, or redistribute the Addon outside an Authorized Source. 4. Restrictions Except with prior written permission from the Owner, Users may not: a. sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or commercially distribute the Addon; b. reupload, mirror, repost, or redistribute the Addon or modified copies of it; c. bundle the Addon in a modpack, launcher, server pack, archive, installer, or third-party distribution if the Addon file itself is redistributed instead of being fetched from an Authorized Source; d. distribute modified, patched, decompiled, obfuscated, renamed, or rebuilt versions of the Addon; e. remove, hide, or alter copyright notices, license notices, author metadata, attribution, watermarks, or provenance metadata; f. claim ownership, authorship, sponsorship, endorsement, or official status; g. use the Addon name, Owner name, logos, artwork, screenshots, or assets in a way that is misleading, infringing, or confusingly similar to the Owner's branding; h. extract, copy, repurpose, sell, or redistribute textures, models, sounds, music, icons, code, data, writing, or other assets separately from the Addon; i. use the Addon to create malware, spyware, cheats, hacked clients, unfair multiplayer advantages, illegal activity, or harmful content; j. use the Addon to verify ownership of out-of-game products, NFTs, tokens, or paid entitlements in a way that affects in-game features or functions; k. bypass Minecraft, Mojang, Microsoft, Modrinth, launcher, or server restrictions; l. reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from the Addon, except to the extent this restriction is not allowed by applicable law. 5. Server Use Server owners may install and run the Addon on servers they own or control, including public servers, provided they comply with this license and the Minecraft EULA and Usage Guidelines. Server owners may not sell the Addon itself, sell access to copies of the Addon, or make separate out-of-game purchases a condition for using Addon features unless the Owner gives written permission and the use also complies with Minecraft's terms. 6. Modpack And Launcher Use Modpacks and launchers may reference the Addon only when they fetch the Addon from an Authorized Source and preserve the Addon's metadata, dependency metadata, license, and attribution. Redistributing the Addon file inside a modpack archive, launcher package, server pack, installer, or mirror is not allowed without written permission. 7. Third-Party Components Some Addons may depend on third-party libraries, APIs, tools, or assets. Those components remain subject to their own licenses. This license does not grant rights to third-party components beyond the rights their owners provide. If a third-party license requires a notice, source offer, attribution, or other condition, that requirement must be followed for that component. 8. Minecraft And Platform Terms This license grants rights only to the Owner's original Addon materials. It does not grant rights to Minecraft, Mojang, Microsoft, Fabric, Modrinth, or any third-party content. The Addon is not official Minecraft content and is not approved by, sponsored by, endorsed by, or associated with Mojang AB, Microsoft Corporation, Fabric, or Modrinth unless explicitly stated by those parties. If this license appears to allow something that Minecraft's EULA, Minecraft's Usage Guidelines, Modrinth's terms, applicable platform rules, or applicable law does not allow, then that use is not allowed. 9. Feedback And Contributions Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, ideas, feedback, bug reports, suggestions, translations, code snippets, pull requests, or other contributions submitted to the Owner may be used, modified, and distributed by the Owner without payment or obligation. The contributor represents that they have the right to submit the contribution and that it does not violate another person's rights. 10. Termination If a User violates this license, their rights under this license terminate automatically. Upon termination, the User must stop using the Addon and delete all copies under their control. The Owner may also revoke permission for a specific User or distribution path when necessary to protect the Addon, users, platform compliance, or legal rights. 11. No Warranty The Addon is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security, or uninterrupted operation. Use the Addon at your own risk. Back up worlds, servers, and configuration before installing or updating the Addon. 12. Limitation Of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Owner is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of profits; loss of revenue; loss of data; world corruption; server downtime; account action; platform action; or other losses arising from or related to the Addon or this license. 13. No Waiver If the Owner does not enforce a part of this license immediately, that does not mean the Owner waives the right to enforce it later. 14. Written Permission Any permission that changes this license must be written and clearly issued by bearaujus or an authorized representative of bearaujus. 15.
