# Perl fact counters: one per line, label TAB pattern (Java regex), counted over the whole file. The
# [ignore] line runs first and reads the file as perl does, leftmost region first: it blanks POD,
# everything after __END__ / __DATA__, heredoc bodies (<<"EOT", <<'EOT', <<\EOT, <<EOT, <<~EOT) and
# comment lines, keeping the line breaks, so a sub named in the documentation or in a usage text does
# not count, and a heredoc marker inside a comment or POD inside a heredoc opens nothing. A << after a
