LumiCam ("the App", shown on the App Store as LumiCam: Fresh Photo Editor) is a camera and photo editor with a fresh, natural style: live-filter shooting, plus photo, collage and video editing. This policy explains what happens to information when the App is used. In one sentence: the App collects no data at all.
The App stores the following in its own private storage on the device:
This data never leaves the device and is never shared. It is stored encrypted so it cannot be read by simply unpacking a backup. Deleting an item in the App, or deleting the App, removes it.
When you export a finished photo or video you can save it to your system photo library. That copy is started by you and goes only to your own library; the App itself never uploads anything.
Camera access is requested only when you shoot or use the live-filter camera; microphone access only for recording video sound. The App asks to add to your photo library when saving finished photos and videos, and asks for library access only when you import a photo or video to edit. Captured photos, videos and projects are stored only in the App's private folder on this device and are never uploaded. No other permissions (location, contacts, notifications, and so on) are requested.
The App uses Apple's on-device Vision framework to detect faces and facial landmarks in a photo you are editing. This is used solely to position beauty retouching (face slimming, eye brightening, teeth whitening, lip colour and blush) and face-anchored stickers. All detection and processing happens locally on your device, in memory, after you select a photo.
The App does not create a face template or any biometric identifier, does not identify or verify any person, does not store face data or facial landmarks, does not write them to a file, database or backup, does not upload or transmit them, and does not share them with any third party or affiliate. Face data exists only in memory while the image is being rendered and is discarded immediately afterwards, and in any case when you leave the editor or close the App. Retention period: none. The App has no server, no user accounts and no third-party SDKs.
Face ID is used only if you choose to lock private projects. Authentication is performed by iOS; the App receives only a success or failure result and never receives, stores or transmits biometric data.
The App is fully free. It offers no in-app purchases, subscriptions or advertising.
The App has no third-party components: all cameras, filters and rendering run in Apple system frameworks (AVFoundation, Metal, Core Image, Vision) entirely on the device. There are no analytics, advertising or social SDKs.
Because the developer holds no data about you, there is nothing to request, export or delete from the developer. You can delete individual items in the App, or delete the App to clear all locally stored data. Photos already saved to your system photo library are managed in the Photos app.
The App is a general-audience photo app. It collects no personal information from anyone, contains no advertising, and contains no links out of the App other than the required links to this policy and to support.

「清新自然相机」（LumiCam，下称「本 App」）是一款清新自然风格的相机与修图工具：实时滤镜拍摄，以及照片、拼图与视频编辑。本政策说明本 App 如何处理信息。一句话：本 App 不收集任何数据。
本 App 只会在本机的私有目录里保存：
这些数据不会离开设备，也不会分享给任何人；并且以加密方式存储，无法通过简单解压备份读取。在 App 里删除相应条目，或删除本 App，即可清除这些数据。
导出成片或视频时，你可以把它保存到系统相册。这一步由你主动发起，只会写入你自己的相册；本 App 本身不会上传任何东西。
只有在你拍摄或使用实时滤镜相机时，本 App 才会申请相机权限；录制视频声音时申请麦克风权限。保存成片到系统相册时会申请「添加到相册」权限；只有在你主动导入照片或视频进行编辑时，才会申请读取相册。拍下的照片、视频和作品只保存在本机 App 的私有目录里，绝不外传。本 App 不申请定位、通讯录、通知等其他任何权限。
本 App 使用苹果设备端的 Vision 框架，在你正在编辑的照片中检测人脸与面部关键点。该能力仅用于定位美颜效果（瘦脸、亮眼、白牙、唇彩、腮红）以及跟随人脸定位的贴纸。全部检测与处理都在你的设备本地、在内存中完成，且仅在你选择照片后进行。
本 App 不会生成人脸模板或任何生物识别标识，不会识别或验证任何人的身份，不会存储人脸数据或面部关键点，不会将其写入任何文件、数据库或备份，不会上传或传输，也不会与任何第三方或关联方共享。人脸数据仅在图像渲染过程中存在于内存，渲染结束即被丢弃；离开编辑页或关闭 App 时同样立即丢弃。保留期限：不保留。本 App 没有服务器、没有用户账号，也不包含任何第三方 SDK。
面容 ID 仅在你主动开启「私密作品」锁定时使用：认证由 iOS 完成，本 App 只会收到成功或失败的结果，不会获得、存储或传输任何生物识别数据。
本 App 全部功能免费，不含任何内购、订阅或广告。
本 App 不内置任何第三方组件：全部相机、滤镜与渲染都基于苹果系统框架（AVFoundation、Metal、Core Image、Vision），完全在本机运行。本 App 不集成任何统计、广告或社交 SDK。
开发者不持有你的任何数据，因此不存在向开发者申请访问、导出或删除的数据。你可以随时在 App 里逐条删除内容，或者直接删除本 App 来清除全部本机数据。已存入系统相册的照片请在「照片」App 中管理。
本 App 是面向普通用户的影像类 App，不收集任何人的个人信息，不含任何广告，除本政策与支持链接外不包含任何跳出 App 的链接。
本政策如有变更，会更新本页顶部的日期。
