FCC Commercial Radio Prep collects no personal data, contains no third-party trackers or advertising SDKs, and makes no network requests.
None. We do not collect, transmit, or store any information on servers. There is no account and no login.
Your study activity — answers, saved mistakes, and mock-exam history — is stored locally on your device using Apple's Core Data framework. This data never leaves your device. Uninstalling the app or using "Reset Study Data" in Settings permanently deletes it.
The app operates fully offline. The question pool is bundled inside the app binary and is never downloaded at runtime. No analytics, crash reporting, or telemetry is performed.
All exam questions come from official FCC public documents (docs.fcc.gov), which are U.S. Government works in the public domain under 47 CFR § 13.215 and 17 U.S.C. § 105.
The app does not collect data from anyone, including children.
