Does the app need internet access?
No. The complete question pool is bundled in the app. It makes no network requests.
Where do the questions come from?
The official FCC public question pools published on docs.fcc.gov. Under 47 CFR § 13.215 they are U.S. Government works in the public domain.
What is the 144-question mode?
It is a developer-selected practice subset drawn from multiple official Element pools. It is not an official FCC exam paper.
