Trades Work Order — Privacy Policy

Trades Work Order ("the App") is a work order notebook that runs entirely on your device. This
policy explains what data is involved when you use the App.


IN SHORT

- No account is required, and there is no sign-in of any kind.
- The App has no networking code: nothing you enter is uploaded anywhere.
- There are no analytics, no advertising SDKs and no third-party trackers.
- We never sell personal data, because we never receive any.


DATA ON YOUR DEVICE

The App stores the following locally, inside its own sandbox:

- Customers you add (name, phone, email, address)
- Work orders, work items, labour hours, statuses and field notes
- Site photos you capture or select, plus any markup you draw on them
- Customer signatures captured on the signature pad
- Your technician name and app settings


PHOTOS AND CAMERA

Camera access is used only when you tap Add Photos then Camera, to capture an on-site photo for the
work order you are editing. Photo library access is used only for the images you explicitly select,
plus saving an exported report when you ask for it. Photos are stored in the App's own database on
this device and are never transmitted.


NETWORK USE

The App does not make network requests. It works fully offline, in airplane mode and with no SIM
card. Exports (PDF reports and ZIP backups) are handed to the iOS share sheet, so you decide where
they go — for example Files, iCloud Drive or Mail. If you choose iCloud Drive, Apple's own terms and
privacy policy apply to that copy.


BACKUPS AND DELETION

Your work orders live only on this device. Deleting the App deletes its database, including photos
and signatures. iOS device backups (iCloud or Finder) may include the App's data according to your
own backup settings. Export a ZIP backup regularly if the records matter to you.


CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The App is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect
information from children.


CHANGES

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will change when we do.
