## What the App does

The App provides live gold price information, a simple calculator, local portfolio tracking, optional price-alert notifications, and store contact details.

## Information we process

### Technical information
To operate and improve the App, limited technical data may be processed, such as:

- device model
- operating system version
- app version
- connection status
- crash / performance related technical logs

This information is used for technical operation and troubleshooting, not for personal identification.

### Push notification data
If you enable price alerts and grant notification permission, a device push token may be stored so we can send the alerts you configure.

### Local data on your device
Portfolio lots, favorites, and similar preferences may be stored locally on your device (for example via on-device storage). This data stays on your device unless you clear the App data.

### Contact actions you start
If you call, email, open WhatsApp, or open maps from the App, those actions happen through apps on your device. The content of those communications is not separately recorded inside the App by Akın Kuyumculuk.

## What we do not do

- We do not require account registration or login
- We do not sell personal data
- We do not use the App to process payment card details
- We do not treat in-app prices as a binding commercial offer

## Sharing of information

We do not share user personal data with third parties for sale or unrelated marketing.

Limited sharing may occur only when required by law, official authority requests, security needs, or to operate the technical infrastructure of the service (for example delivery of push notifications through the platform provider).

## Data retention

Technical and notification-related data is kept only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by applicable law. You may remove price alerts in the App and revoke notification permission in device settings at any time.

## Your choices and rights

You may:

- deny or revoke notification permission in device settings
- delete portfolio / local App data by clearing App storage or uninstalling the App
- contact us to request information about data processing under applicable privacy laws
