本项目采用**分离授权（separate licensing）**模式：代码与角色资产适用不同许可，范围不同、条件不同。

## 2. 角色美术与衍生资产：CC BY-NC-SA 4.0

`assets/characters/` 下的全部角色美术、Spine 骨骼与动画数据、语音等创意资产，采用
**Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International**
（署名—非商业性使用—相同方式共享 4.0 国际许可协议）。

**具体适用范围以各角色包目录内的 `LICENSE` 与 `ATTRIBUTION` 文件为准**，两者冲突时以更严格者为准。

### 2.1 署名链必须完整

DeepSeek 角色包：原型设计 **上善无形 / 上善**，DeepSeek 拟人化二次设计 **ZipZipPipe**，
本项目的衍生制作与整理 **bloodarea**。三环均须保留，不得省略任何一环。

### 2.2 免费分发不等于可以商业使用

GitHub Release、npm 等**免费发布**符合非商业用途的要求，但**不构成、也不转授任何商业使用权**。
任何人不得据此将角色包或其演绎作品用于商业产品、付费服务或营利性分发。本项目不提供商业授权。

### 2.3 不能替其他角色或第三方素材授予你没有的权利

本项目仅对自身的衍生贡献授权。每个角色、贴图与音频资产的原始授权都需单独确认；
未确认授权的素材一律不收录（见各包 `ATTRIBUTION` 中的"未收录"清单）。
第三方资产保留其各自许可，本项目不作任何转授。

### 2.4 合规使用要求

使用、修改和再分发角色资产时，必须：

1. 保留原作者与二次作者的署名；
2. 标明你所做的修改内容；
3. 遵守非商业使用限制；
4. 以**相同许可**（CC BY-NC-SA 4.0）发布你的衍生贡献。

## 3. 通用条款

- **商业使用**：MIT 允许商业使用**代码**；若要商用，必须自行移除 `assets/characters/` 下的全部 CC 授权资产。
- **非官方声明**：本项目是非官方社区同人作品，与 DeepSeek 及其他相关模型提供商不存在官方关联；
  DeepSeek、Claude、GPT、Kimi、Qwen 等名称与商标归各自权利人所有。
- **第三方依赖**：Spine 运行时与导出的动画数据受 Esoteric Software 商业许可约束；
  其他第三方依赖保留其各自许可，本项目不代为授权。
- **权利人与下架**：如权利人认为本仓库内容欠妥，请在
  https://github.com/bloodarea/dsh-pets/issues 提交并指明文件与可核实出处，核实后立即停止分发。
  CC 许可一经授予不可撤销，因此本项是"停止分发"的承诺，而非修改许可条款。

## 4. English summary

This project uses **split licensing**:

- **Source code**: MIT License (see §1).
- **Character art, Spine animation data and audio under `assets/characters/`**: CC BY-NC-SA 4.0
  (Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International), scoped per pack by that pack's
  `LICENSE` and `ATTRIBUTION` files.

The DeepSeek pack derives from the whale-girl character designed by 上善无形 / 上善 and the DeepSeek
personification redesign by ZipZipPipe. Reuse requires full attribution, an indication of changes,
**non-commercial** use only, and ShareAlike licensing of derivative contributions.

Free distribution on GitHub Releases or npm does **not** grant commercial rights. This project
grants no rights it does not hold; every asset's upstream license must be verified per asset.
This is an unofficial fan project with no affiliation to DeepSeek or any model provider.
