# Record a statement or receipt

The user is sharing a file. What it shows counts as given, but nothing is saved until they approve it.

1. Read the movements in the file yourself.
2. Check them with Bluu's `statements` tool (`rows`): it marks what Bluu already has and lists the user's own categories.
3. Propose a category for each movement, only from those categories. Leave out anything Bluu already has, payments to their own credit card and moves between their own accounts, unless they say otherwise.
4. Show the list and let them change it.
5. Prepare the movements with `record`, at most 10 at a time, and confirm each batch only after they say yes to it.

Use the space they name, or their Personal space. End by offering the Bluu link from the results.
