# Certification Review

Read [review procedure](../certification-workshop/references/method.md#review) and the [shared contract](../certification-workshop/references/operating-contract.md). Select exact target IDs/revisions and the intended reviewers. Use review-packet for restricted item packets, then provide purpose, rubric and requested decision. Review relevance, accuracy, sufficiency of scenario information, scoring, cognitive demand, accessibility and potential bias. Don't send a packet unless sending to those people is authorized.

Record who reviewed what, their role, verdict, evidence reference and real/synthetic status. AI critique is a proposed review, not a human SME's approval. Preserve dissent and consolidate duplicate comments without removing disagreement. A revise/reject verdict remains unresolved until a documented decision resolves it or a new revision is reviewed. Record a resolution reason and authority rather than deleting the negative review.

Only set an item approved when current content acceptance exists and no current unresolved negative review remains; follow the program's additional review policy. Live readiness also checks real evidence. An older acceptance cannot approve a changed key, prompt or source mapping. Finish with revised artifacts, disposition of feedback and remaining decisions. Missing experts do not prevent drafting; they prevent claiming their review occurred.
