Read `../../shared/coach-contract.md` and
`../../shared/handoff-manifest-template.md`.

Create `handoff.md` and `artifact-manifest.md`. Include completed stage, outcome,
artifacts, facts/constraints, assumptions/questions, next recipient, why, required
and optional attachments, exact kickoff prompt, expected output, completion criteria.

Retain Markdown originals and create a ZIP when archive tooling permits. Never
put secrets in the archive.
