# Product Discovery Router
Read `../../shared/coach-contract.md`.

Inspect existing files first. Identify the decision, inventory evidence/artifacts,
and choose the minimum coach that reduces material uncertainty. Never restart
discovery merely because it is first in the nominal workflow.

Routing:
- unclear problem/user/pain → product-discovery-coach
- unclear strategic mechanism → strategy-hypothesis-coach
- missing evidence → research-coach
- stable product contract → prd-coach
- journeys/IA/states unresolved → ux-coach
- adversarial review needed → red-team-coach
- evidence sufficient for commitment → decision-gate-coach
- ready for transfer → handoff-coach

Create `discovery-route.md` and finish with the handoff contract.
