This privacy policy applies to all Chrome extensions published by cFire Innovations, including **ChatFolders** and **TabJudge**.

## What data we collect

### ChatFolders
- Conversation titles visible in the ChatGPT sidebar (to display them in the folder panel)
- Folder names, colors, and icons you create
- Folder assignments (which conversation belongs to which folder)

### TabJudge
- The title, URL, and visible text content of the webpage you are actively viewing (only when you click the Judge button)

## What we do NOT collect
- No personal identification information (name, email, address)
- No browsing history or tracking across sites
- No cookies or fingerprinting
- No account credentials or passwords
- No financial or payment information
- No health or sensitive personal data

## How data is used

### ChatFolders
All folder and assignment data is stored **exclusively in your browser** using Chrome's local storage API. This data never leaves your device and is never sent to any server.

### TabJudge
Page content (title, URL, visible text) is sent to **OpenRouter** (openrouter.ai) solely to generate an AI verdict. This data is not stored, logged, or used for any other purpose. OpenRouter's own privacy policy governs their processing.

- Clearing your browser data or uninstalling the extension removes all stored data

Our extensions are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

## Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our extensions evolve. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our extensions constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
