    "comment": "I vote Yes on the proposed “Cardano Blockchain Ecosystem Budget - 275M ada Administered by Intersect” Info Action (Governance Action ID: gov_action1u9x73kwufaxa70lfy59g4ynwyrcsaxdcd0gxzzmh67s9fxq4j8hqqk2phgh). \n\nThis Budget Info Action proposes a budget of 275,269,340 ada, spanning Epoch 564 through Epoch 636. It bundles 39 proposals which: 1.) named Intersect as Administrator, and 2.) received over 50% support by stake from DReps voting through the Ekklesia platform.\n\nI assess the importance of funding key projects through this budget as outweighing Intersect process reservations and the inclusion of projects I declined to vote for in Ekklesia. An approved budget is a necessary, but not sufficient, condition for withdrawing funds from the Treasury. Subsequent Treasury Withdrawal Governance Actions proposed pursuant to this budget will, once again, need to garner sufficient community support to effect withdrawals. \n\nRecognizing that Intersect and our community are learning valuable lessons through this inaugural Intersect budgeting process, I expect lessons learned will be integrated to improve future Intersect budget compilation processes."
