Thank you for using Plantly APP. We value your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Information We Collect

Data stored locally on your device:

- Plant records: name, photo, planting date, cultivation style, location tags, description
- Care records: watering, fertilizing, pruning, harvesting, weeding, pest control records with photos and notes
- User preferences: username (auto-generated or custom), avatar image, earned badges
- VIP membership status

All of the above data is stored **exclusively on your device** and is never uploaded to our servers.

2. Data We Do NOT Collect

- We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information
- We do not collect your GPS location or precise device location
- We do not collect your contacts, messages, or browsing history
- We do not use any third-party analytics or tracking services

3. Photos and Camera

Plantly APP requires access to your photo library and camera to allow you to take and select photos of your plants. Photos you capture or select are stored locally on your device and are not shared or uploaded.

4. iCloud Backup

Plantly APP offers an optional iCloud backup feature for VIP users. When enabled, your plant data is backed up to your personal iCloud Drive. Your data remains within your own Apple iCloud account and is not accessible to us or any third party.

5. In-App Purchases

Plantly APP offers VIP subscriptions (weekly, monthly, yearly) through Apple's In-App Purchase system. All payment transactions are processed securely by Apple. We do not collect or store your payment information.

6. Advertising

Free users of Plantly APP may see advertisements served by Google AdMob. Google may use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) and other device data to serve personalized ads. You can opt out of personalized ads at any time via your device's Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising.

VIP users do not see any advertisements.

7. Data Security

Your data is stored solely on your device and is protected by your device's built-in security features (encryption, passcode, Face ID/Touch ID). We recommend keeping your device's operating system up to date for the best security.

8. Data Deletion

You can delete all app data at any time by uninstalling Plantly APP from your device. Individual plants and their associated data can be deleted within the app.

9. Children's Privacy

Plantly APP is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from children under 13.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the policy within the app.
