Thank you for using the "Clarity" app. Your privacy is extremely important to us. This policy explains how Clarity does not collect, use, or share any of your data.

**Our app's philosophy is simple: Your data belongs to you, and stays with you.**

## 1. What Information Do We Collect?

**Clear and simple: We collect nothing.**

Clarity does not collect, request, or store any personally identifiable information from you (Name, Email, Location, Device ID, IP Address, etc.).

- ❌ We have no servers
- ❌ No internet connection required
- ❌ No account creation
- ❌ No user tracking

## 2. Data Stored on Your Device

Clarity stores some data **locally on your device only** for the app to function properly.

This data includes:

📊 **Completed Sessions**  
Your completed Pomodoro sessions, their durations, and dates shown in the statistics screen.

⚙️ **Your Settings**  
Work/break durations, selected theme, selected sound, and auto-start preferences.

✨ **Onboarding Status**  
Whether you've opened the app for the first time.

This data is securely stored **only on your phone** using Apple's `UserDefaults` technology. Neither we (as developers) nor any third party can access this data in any way.

**If you delete the app, this data is permanently deleted from your device.**

Clarity **never** uses:

- ❌ Advertising networks
- ❌ Crash reporting services
- ❌ Social media integrations
- ❌ Cloud synchronization

## 4. Notifications

Clarity requests permission to send **local notifications** to inform you when your focus session or break ends.

- ✅ These notifications are generated entirely on your device
- ✅ No data is sent to any servers
- ✅ You can disable them anytime in iOS settings

## 5. Children's Privacy

Clarity is **safe for users of all ages**, including children under 13. Since we do not collect any personal data, there are no privacy risks for children.

- We will change the "Last Updated" date
- Significant changes will be announced within the app
