The team is energetic and tech savvy, comprising 14 nationalities and 35 percent female, with an average age of 30. The real estate investment and asset management company was founded in 2014 by OCP managing partner Victor Van Bommel, who believes that business success stems from an open corporate culture that values integrity, professionalism and passion while rewarding initiative and independent-thinking. He has built the business from the ground up, transforming it with the support of his team into an international network with offices in the Netherlands, Ireland and Denmark and around €4.0bn in AUM.
