# Trademark Policy / 商标政策

The source code of Orange Cloud is licensed under AGPL-3.0 + Commons
Clause (see [LICENSE](LICENSE)). **That license covers code only. It
does not grant any rights to the project's brand assets.**

The following are reserved by the Licensor (Zhe Chen) and are NOT
licensed for use in derivative works or redistributions:

- The name **"Orange Cloud"** (and confusingly similar names)
- The **app icon** and all assets under `Assets.xcassets/AppIcon.appiconset/`
- The product listing identity on the App Store

## What you may do

- Use the name to refer to this project factually ("based on Orange
  Cloud", "a fork of Orange Cloud"), with a link to the original
  repository.
- Compile the app for your own devices with the original name and icon
  for personal use.

## What you may not do

- Distribute a modified or unmodified build (App Store, TestFlight,
  enterprise distribution, IPA sharing, etc.) under the name "Orange
  Cloud" or with the Orange Cloud icon. Forks that are distributed must
  use their own name and icon.
- Use the name or icon in a way that suggests endorsement by, or
  affiliation with, the original project.

限制；自编译自用可保留原名称与图标。
