We do not store, host, or process your personal academic records on any external servers controlled by Us.** #### Usage Data Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), unique device identifiers, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile operating system, and other diagnostic data to help us fix crashes and improve the app. ### Use of Your Personal Data The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes: * **To provide and maintain our Service:** including to monitor the usage of our Service and fetch your data from the university portal to display it to you. * **To manage Your Account:** to manage Your registration as a user of the Service. * **To contact You:** To contact You by email or push notifications regarding updates, security alerts, or informative communications related to the functionalities of the app. * **To manage Your requests:** To attend and manage Your support requests to Us. ### Retention of Your Personal Data Because your academic records (grades, attendance, schedules) are stored locally on your device, we do not retain this information on our servers. If you log out, clear the Application's cache, or uninstall the Application, this local data is automatically removed from your Device. For any other data (such as emails sent to support or anonymous crash logs), We will retain it only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. ### Transfer of Your Personal Data Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company's operating offices.
