#### STEP 1: Codebase & Stack Analysis

1. Scan root, `src/`, `apps/`, config files (`package.json`, `pyproject.toml`, `go.mod`, etc.), `README.md`.
2. Output **stack keyword list** (e.g. `nextjs`, `typescript`, `tailwind`).
3. Run **WHO AM I?** + scan all paths in **COMPLETE AGENT PATH REFERENCE** for existing files.
4. Print: `Active agents: [list]` and `Stack: [keywords]`.

#### STEP 2: Context Review

Scan every path listed for **each active agent** (rules + skills + context files). Propose obsolete/conflicting items. **Never delete without explicit user OK.**

#### STEP 3: Registry Harvest

1. Index → candidates → fetch raw content for top matches → score (stack-specific > generic).
2. Cap at 50. Build internal table: `source_repo | source_path | local_target | match_reason | risk`.
3. Show user **numbered list**. Proceed unless user excludes numbers in same turn.

#### STEP 4: Fetch, Transform, Deploy

Use **MASTER DEPLOY ALGORITHMS** above for every manifest row. Fetch only from whitelisted repos. Create dirs as needed. Idempotent overwrite at same `local_target` OK.

Optional: `.agent-context-credits.md` at root (do not edit user `README.md`).
