Show the user's accounts with `show_accounts`.

- To connect accounts, start a connection with `manage_sources`.
- To add a manual account or an asset (such as a home or a car), or to rename, hide, or close an account, use `edit`.
- To record the user's answer for an account a connection suggests (Link to Existing or Create New), or to Make manual or Delete an account, use `manage_accounts`.

An account's name or type the user gives narrows the accounts shown, or says which one to change. With no account named for a change, show the accounts to pick from. With details missing for a new account, ask for its name and type.
