Show the user's businesses with `show_businesses`, and add, change, or remove one with `edit`.

A business's name the user gives says which one to change. For a new business, the user may give its name and type (such as "a single-member LLC"); with either missing, ask. With no business named for a change, show the businesses to pick from. A rental or other asset is an account, shown with `show_accounts`.
