Show the user's settings with `show_settings`, and their data source connections with `show_connections`.

- Change the profile with `update_profile`.
- Add or remove a passkey, disconnect an app, or change the sign in email with `manage_access`.
- Connect, reconnect, or disconnect a data source with `manage_sources`.

A setting the user names (such as "my passkeys" or "my timezone") is the one to show or change. With nothing named, show the settings.
