agentegress embeds internal/ipowner/ranges.txt, a list of IP prefixes generated
by tools/genranges from ranges the providers themselves publish:

  Anthropic        ARIN RDAP registration records (checked by hand)

The address ranges and organisation names belong to their respective owners.
They are included only to label network peers, may be out of date, and come
with no warranty. Regenerate them with `go run ./tools/genranges`.
