## Open-Meteo

NightMan uses the hosted [Open-Meteo](https://open-meteo.com/) geocoding and forecast APIs. Location search results come from Open-Meteo's GeoNames-backed location database. NightMan processes forecast sunrise and sunset values into light/dark schedule states and transition labels.

Open-Meteo API data are provided under the [Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence](https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/). NightMan adapts that data as described above. Open-Meteo does not endorse NightMan.

Use of Open-Meteo's hosted APIs is also subject to its current [terms of use](https://open-meteo.com/en/terms). At the time of writing, its free hosted API is limited to non-commercial use; commercial use requires an appropriate Open-Meteo plan or modifying NightMan to use a self-hosted compatible service.

NightMan's MIT licence applies to NightMan's source code. It does not replace or grant rights under third-party data licences or hosted-service terms.
