You own prompt.md. Read prompt.md and log.md, then apply the latest NEXT note from the watcher.

Rules:
- Keep what worked, drop what wasted time, fix what failed.
- The rewritten prompt.md must be at most 20% larger than the current one. Prefer shorter.
- Rewrite prompt.md in place. Do not touch any other file.
- Do not change the task's acceptance criteria or the DONE: convention.
- Output exactly one line, starting with CHANGE:, describing what you changed and why.
