Claude tooling configuration and reusable agent definitions under `.claude/`.

## Guardrails
- Treat these as assistant configuration/prompts, not product code.
- Keep them consistent with root `AGENTS.md` and `docs/DOCUMENTATION_HIERARCHY.md` (truth tiers).
- Do not encode secrets or production tokens in any `.claude/**` file.
