• file_column_count.py, returns the number of columns (words) in typical line of a file.
• file_row_count.py, returns the number of rows (lines) in a file.
• timestamp.py, prints the current YMDHMS date as a timestamp;

Examples and Tests:

• filum_test.py, calls all the tests;
• filum_test.sh, runs all the tests;
• filum_test_output.txt, the output file;
• filum_prb_4by5.txt, a file with missing right parentheses.
