Where Your Leads Come From
Is It Working
Only sources with at least one booked gig are shown, ranked by booked value. Conversion is booked \u00f7 total leads from that source. Where ad spend has been logged for a source, its lifetime ROI (booked value \u00f7 total spend, all-time) is shown too.
Spend logged that year for a source, compared against total leads, booked value, and cost per booked lead from that same source and year.
Relationships
Leads marked Referred, broken down by who they were referred to.
Referrals actually sent
Logged from Contact History when you emailed or texted a partner with a lead attached.
What's Not Converting
Every Lost lead, grouped by why it was lost.

Download your transaction history as a CSV from Chase (or any bank), then upload it here. Review and adjust categories below — nothing gets added until you tap Import.
Making your own list works too — use columns Date, Description, Amount, and (optional) Category.
Have an existing client list? Export it as a CSV (in Excel or Google Sheets: File → Download / Save As → CSV), then upload it here. You'll match up the columns and review everything — nothing is added until you tap Import.
Any column layout works — you'll map them on the next screen. Starting from scratch? Handy columns: Customer name (the only required one), Phone, Email, Company, Service, Event type, Event date, Event location, Quoted price, Lead source, Status, Notes.
Match your columns
We guessed these from your headers — fix any that are wrong, and choose — Ignore — for columns you don't want.
Status maps to a fixed set. Magic Manager uses seven statuses — New, Pending, Booked, Completed, Lost, Referral, Referred. A mapped Status column is matched to these (case-insensitive), so “booked” becomes Booked; anything that doesn't match — or a blank, or no Status column — comes in as New. Only Booked and Completed count toward revenue in Insights.
Pick a template — the name fills in and your email app opens ready to send.
Only leads marked Referral show up here. Use {lead_details} in your template to drop in everything at once, or individual fields like {lead_name}, {lead_eventdate}.
Picks up wherever you last tapped — Subject or Body — and drops the field in right there. You can also just type {firstname}, {eventdate}, etc. by hand.
