Output: (1) persona × journey map (goals, blockers, success metrics), (2) play matrix (milestone × channel × owner × trigger), (3) content checklist per milestone, (4) measurement plan with activation thresholds and feedback loop. Anchor every milestone on a customer outcome, not a feature.
