1. Definitions

"This License" refers to Server Side Public License.

"The Program" refers to any copyrightable work licensed under this License.

"You" (or "Your") means an individual or a legal entity exercising permissions
granted by this License.

"Source form" shall mean the preferred form for making modifications, including
but not limited to software source code, documentation source, and configuration
files.

"Object form" shall mean any form resulting from mechanical transformation or
translation of a Source form.

"Contribution" shall mean any work of authorship that is submitted to the
Licensor for inclusion in the Program.

"Service Source Code" means Source form of the Program and all programs that
you use to make the Program available as a service, including management
software, user interfaces, application program interfaces, automation software,
monitoring software, backup software, storage software, and hosting software.

2. Grant of Rights

Subject to the terms and conditions of this License, each Contributor hereby
grants to You a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free,
irrevocable copyright license to:

a) use, copy, modify, and prepare derivative works of the Program;

c) distribute copies of the Program and derivative works thereof in Source or
   Object form.

3. Copyleft for Network Use

If you make the functionality of the Program or a modified version available to
third parties as a service, you must make the Service Source Code available via
network download to everyone at no charge, under the terms of this License.
Making the functionality of the Program available to third parties as a service
includes, without limitation, enabling third parties to interact with the
functionality of the Program remotely through a computer network, offering a
service the value of which entirely or primarily derives from the value of the
Program, or offering a service that accomplishes for users the primary purpose

4. Contribution Requirements

All Contributions to the Program must be submitted under this License. By

5. Commercial Use Restriction

   similar product or service offered by the Licensor;
b) To offer a hosted or managed service based primarily on the Program's
   functionality without explicit written permission from the Licensor.

IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR
COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER
IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN

8. Limitation of Liability
