TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. LICENSE GRANT
   This software is licensed, not sold. WebGraphix grants you a non-transferable,
   non-exclusive license to use the software ("Odoo Manager") for your personal or
   internal business purposes only, subject to the following conditions.

2. RESTRICTIONS
   You may NOT:
   a) Distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, loan, sell, or otherwise transfer the software
      or any part thereof to any third party
   b) Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the software
   c) Use the software for commercial software hosting services
   d) Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software, except and only to
      the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law
   e) Create derivative works based on the software for distribution or commercial purposes

3. PERMITTED MODIFICATIONS
   You may modify the software for your personal use only. Modified versions:
   a) Must not be distributed to third parties
   b) Remain subject to this license
   c) Are made entirely at your own risk
   d) Must not be represented as the original software

4. OWNERSHIP
   The software is owned and copyrighted by WebGraphix. Your license confers no title
   or ownership in the software and is not a sale of any rights in the software.

5. TERMINATION
   This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will
   terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
   INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A
   PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT
   HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION
   OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE
   SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   IN NO EVENT SHALL WEBGRAPHIX BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR
   CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS
   OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY
   OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE,
   EVEN IF WEBGRAPHIX HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

8. GOVERNING LAW
   This license shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which WebGraphix
   operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the software, you agree to be bound by the
terms of this license agreement.
