木木日记隐私政策 / MuMu Journal Privacy Policy 生效日期 / Effective Date：2026年5月7日 ________________________________________ 中文版 木木日记（以下简称“我们”或“本应用”）深知个人信息对您的重要性，并会尽全力保护您的个人信息安全可靠。本《隐私政策》旨在向您说明，当您使用我们的产品和服务时，我们如何收集、使用、存储和共享您的信息。 本应用是一款专注于本地存储的加密日记工具，我们不会将您的日记内容、图片、音频等个人数据上传至任何云端服务器，所有数据默认仅保存在您的设备上。 一、我们如何收集和使用您的个人信息 为实现产品功能，本应用会在您使用特定功能时，请求以下权限。您可以拒绝授予任何权限，但这可能导致部分功能无法使用。 1、存储 / 媒体权限（READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE / WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE / READ_MEDIA_IMAGES / READ_MEDIA_AUDIO） o 目的：在设备本地保存和读取日记数据、备份文件，以及在日记中插入图片或音频附件。 o 使用场景：当您在日记中插入图片/音频、导出或备份数据时。 2、录音权限（RECORD_AUDIO） o 目的：在日记中直接录制并添加语音备忘录。 o 使用场景：当您点击录音按钮进行语音记录时。 3、 音频设置权限（MODIFY_AUDIO_SETTINGS） o 目的：在录音时临时调整系统音量或音频路由，以获得清晰的录音质量。 o 使用场景：仅在您主动开启录音功能时。 4、位置权限（ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION / ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION） o 目的：为日记附加一个可选的地理位置标签。 o 使用场景：当您主动选择在日记中添加位置信息时。该功能默认关闭。 5、生物识别权限（USE_BIOMETRIC） o 目的：支持您使用指纹或面部识别快速安全地解锁应用。 o 使用场景：当您开启应用的生物识别锁功能时。您的生物特征数据仅由设备本地安全硬件处理，本应用无法获取。 6、网络权限（INTERNET） o 目的：当您主动选择在日记中添加位置信息时，将您的设备位置坐标（经纬度）发送至第三方地址解析服务（BigDataCloud 及 OpenStreetMap Nominatim），以将坐标转换为可读的地址信息（如省、市、区）。解析完成后，坐标数据不会被留存。 o 使用场景：仅在您主动点击「定位」功能时触发，默认不会发送任何网络请求。如您未使用定位功能，本应用不会产生任何网络数据传输。 二、我们如何存储您的信息 • 本地存储优先：您的所有日记数据、图片和音频文件均默认存储在您的本地设备上，我们不会强制上传至任何远程服务器。 • 安全措施：我们使用业界标准的 AES-256 加密算法对日记内容进行加密存储，以确保您的隐私安全。 • 存储期限：信息将在您的设备上持续存储，直到您主动卸载本应用或手动清除应用数据。卸载后所有本地数据将被永久删除，且不可恢复。 三、我们如何共享、转让、公开披露您的信息 • 我们绝不会向任何第三方出售您的个人信息。 • 共享：我们不会与任何公司、组织和个人共享您的个人信息，除非在获得您明确同意或法律法规要求的情况下。 • 转让：我们不会将您的个人信息转让给任何公司、组织和个人，除非在获取您明确同意或涉及合并、收购、破产清算等情况。 • 公开披露：我们仅会在获得您明确同意或基于法律的强制性要求时，公开披露您的个人信息。 四、您的权利 您对自己的个人信息享有以下权利： • 访问与更正：您可以在应用内直接访问和编辑您的所有日记数据。 • 删除：您可以随时删除任意日记条目或附件，也可以通过卸载应用彻底清除所有本地数据。本应用不存在服务器端账号体系，所有数据均仅存储于您的本地设备，卸载应用即可永久删除全部数据，无需向我们提交额外申请。 • 撤销权限：您可以在设备的“设置”中随时关闭已授予的任何权限。 五、儿童隐私 我们的服务不面向 13 周岁以下的儿童。我们不会在知情的情况下收集儿童的个人信息。如果您是父母或监护人，并且认为您的孩子向我们提供了个人信息，请通过下方联系方式与我们联系，我们将立即删除相关信息。 六、本隐私政策如何更新 我们可能会适时更新本隐私政策。当政策发生重大变更时，我们会在应用内以显著方式通知您，并再次征得您的同意。 七、联系我们 如果您对本隐私政策有任何疑问或建议，请通过以下方式联系我们： • 开发者：Eric Liu • 电子邮箱：eliu48@outlook.com 我们将在收到邮件后的 15 个工作日内予以回复。 ________________________________________ English Version MuMu Journal ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your information when you use our app. MuMu Journal is an encrypted diary app designed for local storage. We do not upload your diary entries, images, audio files, or any personal content to any cloud server. All data is stored locally on your device by default. 1. Information Collection and Use To provide core functionalities, our app may request the following permissions when you use specific features. You may deny any permission, but this may limit some features. •Storage / Media Permissions (READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, READ_MEDIA_IMAGES, READ_MEDIA_AUDIO) o Purpose: To save and read diary data, backup files, and attach images or audio to your diary entries on local storage. o When: When you insert images/audio, export or back up data. • Microphone Permission (RECORD_AUDIO) o Purpose: To record voice memos directly within your diary entries. o When: When you tap the recording button. • Audio Settings Permission (MODIFY_AUDIO_SETTINGS) o Purpose: To temporarily adjust system volume or audio routing for optimal recording quality. o When: Only when the recording function is active. • Location Permissions (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION, ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION) o Purpose: To optionally attach a location tag to your diary entry. o When: Only when you actively choose to add location info. This feature is off by default. • Biometric Permission (USE_BIOMETRIC) o Purpose: To allow fast and secure app unlocking using fingerprint or face recognition. o When: When you enable biometric lock. Your biometric data is processed solely by your device's secure hardware and is never accessible to the app. • Network Permission (INTERNET) o Purpose: When you actively choose to add a location tag to a diary entry, your device's approximate GPS coordinates (latitude and longitude) are sent to third-party reverse geocoding services — BigDataCloud and OpenStreetMap Nominatim — to convert the coordinates into a human-readable address (e.g., city, district). The coordinates are not retained by these services beyond the duration of the request. o When: Only triggered when you actively tap the "Location" button. No network requests are made by default. If you do not use the location feature, no data is transmitted over the network. 2. Data Storage • Local Storage: All diary data, images, and audio files are stored locally on your device by default. We do not upload them to any remote server. • Security: We use industry-standard AES-256 encryption to protect your diary content. • Retention: Data is stored on your device until you uninstall the app or manually clear app data. Uninstalling will permanently delete all local data and cannot be recovered. 3. Data Sharing, Transfer, and Disclosure • We never sell your personal information to any third party. • Sharing: We do not share your personal information with any third parties except with your explicit consent or as required by law. • Transfer: We do not transfer your information to any other company or organization unless with your consent or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or bankruptcy. • Disclosure: We may disclose your information only with your consent or when legally compelled. 4. Your Rights You have the following rights regarding your personal information: • Access and Correction: You can access and edit all your diary data directly within the app. • Deletion: You can delete any diary entry or attachment at any time, or uninstall the app to erase all local data completely. MuMu Journal has no server-side account system. All data exists solely on your local device. Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all data — no additional request to us is required. • Permission Revocation: You can disable any previously granted permission in your device's Settings at any time. 5. Children's Privacy Our services are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with information, please contact us, and we will promptly delete such data. 6. Changes to This Privacy Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you within the app and obtain your consent again. 7.
