Obsidian (Recommended)

  1. Extract the ZIP file you just downloaded
  2. Open your Obsidian vault folder in File Explorer/Finder
  3. Drag the MarkdownFiles folder into your vault
  4. You can rename MarkdownFiles to anything (e.g., "ChatGPT Conversations")
  5. In Obsidian, press Ctrl+R (or Cmd+R on Mac) to refresh
  6. āœ… Done! Find your conversations in the sidebar

Notion

  1. Extract the ZIP file you just downloaded
  2. In Notion, create a new page or database
  3. Click the ⋯ menu → Import → Markdown
  4. Select all .md files from MarkdownFiles
  5. Upload the Assets folder separately

Logseq
