Verant -- either Brad or John Smedley, can't remember which -- has stated
that Cancel Magic'ing as a defense against KS'ers is NOT a bannable offense,
and is a legitimate tactic. What you can't do is to follow the KS around,
even after he has left your area and is no longer KS'ing you. That's
considered harassment, as it should be.
