Yeah thats pretty much how i have it. I'm a level 16 cleric.
Healing (always mem)
Light Healing (for mana)
Smite (always mem)
Expulse Undead / Fear if there is no undead in the area
Word of Pain / Soothe
Furor / Center (for mana)
Devine Aura (always mem)
Root (always mem)

Like everybody else has said, it's pretty much what you choose to use, but
like a few others I've talked to, I like to keep a couple versions of each
spell for mana purposes. With my lv 17 cleric, I usually always have:
Light Healing
Healing
Center
Furor
Smite
Word Of Pain
Root
Yaulp/Holy Armor
Light Healing does almost nothing worthwhile to me or tanks for HP, but for
purecasters it can do enough to save them long enough for the tanks to taunt
mobs from them, or me to heal the caster then smite the mob (which generally
turns them on me ^_^ ). That's my most common lineup, but in the instance
of hunting undead, I'll remove the last three, put in root, Ward, and
Expulse, and keep furor and smite. A few times I've gone without actively
keeping a buff spell memmed, as I generally won't buff somebody in the
middle of a battle. :)
