IT CAME OUT....before you go about being an ass.....READ WHAT IT SAYS IN THE
QUEST. Read and you might learn what I stated: The SSOL seems to be
BROKEN....the quest says one thing....the weapon and its description say
another.....I'd say that is BROKEN. A typo is the process of messing up
SPELLING or grammar.....they COMPLETELY MISWORDED THE DESCRIPTION. They
didnt go and say: It will cleanse you of all illnesses....it says it will
give to you a strength that slowly drains you (or something close to that.)
and that the woman behind the counter can refresh the charge. How the HELL
is that a typo dude?
Why dont you learn to chill before trying to put the smack down and READ.
I'd suggest doing the quest before you tell others something.

yes and since the weapon does not have any thing that requires CHARGES I
disregarded it as a typo/ something that is no installed at this time...
there for not important!
The cleanes effect is just like the Tommy effect that it is based off your
dex and has UNLIMITED 'charges'. As of right now there is no need to
'recharge' the SSoL.
Sorry. Try using the weapon before you try to smack on someone.
