<div id="ygrps-yiv-745116334">I *hold* observor staff as that is the highest +wis item I can obtain as of yet :)  Honestly, at level 38, I rarely, if ever, find myself in melee - so damage and delay time are not as important to me as the extra wisdom/mana I can squeeze out of it.  <br/>
