Mitty is a level 20(ish) mob, like any other named mob she is tougher than
an ordinary mob of her level.

The easiest way to deal with mitty is to either kill all the healers around
the temple (long and boring) or dd mitty when she appears and pull her back
to the bridge, otherwise she gets constantly healed by all the healers
around the temple.
