jovan is in highkeep....he was bugged when i found him....would appear in the
cy and then walk up the stairs and vanish.....have to hail him when he 1st
appears....i haven't been to lake rathe yet....been working on the icons over
on faydwer...just need the one off bilge if i can ever find him.....
