I really don't think so, but I haven't tried it. A skill cap is exactly what
it says, a cap. Dodge is one of our warrior-inherited traits. We are not
supposed to be as good as Warriors in this area, thus the cap. For dark elf
clerics, our "Hide" skill never goes up past "Below Average", it is a
race-inherited skill.

But if you try it please post your results.
